I am a marathon runner, having had the honour to compete in three Boston Marathons. I believed my fitness apex had been reached. Literally thousands of loops of Assiniboine Park later, my friend Heather convinced me to give Pro-fitness a try. My daughter was already a member, supplementing her highland dancing with an individualized weight training program. Never having lifted weights prior, my time at Pro-fitness has taken my physical fitness to a level unattainable by myself. However, the clients who truly inspire all members are those who have more challenging goals to meet. Their determination and spirit are contagious.
